If a retail location is not accessible, please contactcustomerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will be happy to provide you with the return authorization details to ship back your original purchase, and facilitate the exchange for a new pair.

• Our public website is not set up to direct bill any purchases for corporate accounts. Please visit one of our store locations to purchase your safety footwear.
• If your company has communicated with you that they are offering online safety footwear purchases through the Mister Safety Shoes portal, and they have provided you with a username and password, please go to the Mister Safety Shoes portal and log-in here Sign in

By signing up for our newsletters and promotional updates, you will receive a one-time 10% discount code via email that can be used at checkout. It can only be used for your first online purchase with Mister Saferty Shoes. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the system to process your opt-in and produce a code.
